It’s been 8 years since I started my healthy eating journey and I have learned A LOT! I’ve dabbled in the Paleo diet, vegan diet, whole-food plant-based diet, dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free, Keto diet, and just about any other mainstream diet in the last 10 years. And because of that, I wanted to share 10 things I wish I would have known before getting started in hopes to help someone just starting their health food journey or trying to have a healthier relationship with food in 2022.
